Declaration of CSR Policy




The Company focuses on increasing the quality of our performance by integrating social considerations into all our activities. The respect for freedom, democracy and human rights is essential principle of our business activities.

Human Rights: We respect human rights and actively promote their observance within the scope of our possibilities.

Child Labour: We do not tolerate child labour. We comply with MLC requirements regarding age of seafarers employed on board our ships.

Forced Labour: We do not tolerate forced labour. All our employees on board ships and in the office are paid as per details mentioned in ‘Pay’ heading.

Social Responsibility: Society provides the Company with the social and physical infrastructures it needs to do business. We respect the laws and culture of the country in which we operate.

We are also committed to provide a workplace that is free from harassment and bullying. Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining: We respect our employees’ freedom of association and right to collective bargaining in the framework of the applicable national laws and regulations. All our managed vessels are having valid ITF or its affiliated Unions coverage and possessing CBA applicable to the crew nationality.

Pay: Salaries are paid on a regular basis and on time, according to the employment agreement. Salary of seafarers is paid by Unix Line equals or exceeds the minimum levels stipulated by the applicable CBA.

Health and Safety, Environmental Protection: Declared in our Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Protection and Energy Management Policy.

Bribery and Corruption: We tolerate no form of corrupt behaviour and take suitable precautions to prevent it in line with our parent Company (MOL).

Our Customers: We Continue to maintain our customer awareness and fulfil our commitments.

Our Territory: We prioritize our place in the local community.
