This compliance reporting avenue can be used to report any regulatory non-compliance issues, safety issues or to share any safety ideas, which will receive prompt attention from company’s senior management team. This can be done with anonymity without any fear or favour.

For vessels – primary means of sending anonymous compliance report should be through ship’s business PC using Dualog connection suite.

The objective of this reporting system is to improve safety performance and compliance at levels of company’s business. Hence, it shall not be used for vindication purposes or matters which are against company’s harassment and bullying policy.
